【JCCI基金】 2025年度募金活動～寄付のお願い

2025年度募金活動～寄付のお願い
拝啓 時下ますますご清祥の段お慶び申し上げます。
平素より、弊商工会議所の事業活動に格別のご高配を賜り、厚く御礼を申し上げます。
ご高承のとおり、弊所の基金は1990年5月に在外商工会議所として初めて設立され、
本年、2025年に設立35周年という節目の年を迎えました。これまでの35年間で、シンガポールにおける
文化・芸術・教育・スポーツの４分野の振興と、特に若手の育成を目指し、延べ約520の活動・個人に、
累計1100万S$以上の寄付・表彰を行ってまいりました。こうした継続的な支援活動は、
シンガポール政府および各種機関からも高く評価されております。
昨年度は、142社の会員企業の皆様より約19万S$のご寄付を賜りました。多大なるご支援に感謝申し上げます。
2025年度の募金目標額は、基金管理委員会および募金委員会での慎重な検討を経て、21万S$と設定いたしました。
チャレンジングな目標ではありますが、本年度がシンガポール建国60周年であると同時に、本基金にとっても
35周年という節目の年であることから、敢えて昨年度の実績を大きく上回る目標を設定した次第です。
「挑戦なくして成長なし、踏み出そう新しい時代へ」という本年度の弊所の基本方針を踏まえ、
是非ともこれまで以上に多くの方々にご賛同・ご協力を賜れればと考えています。
特筆すべき点として、本年4月2日に出版された書籍 『THE LAND OF THE RISING SUN AND THE LION CITY』
の印税全額が、石川大使のご厚意により、JCCI基金に寄付されることとなりました。このようなご厚志を胸に、
私たちもより一層意義のある支援活動を行ってまいります。
また、今年度は初の試みとして、ご寄付いただいた企業様への感謝の意を込め、JCCIホームページのトップページに
1ヶ月間無料のバナー掲載特典のオプションをご用意いたしました。ぜひこの機会をご活用いただければ幸いです。
なお、例年通り、弊基金はIPC（Institutions of a Public Character）ステータスを有しており、
ご寄付額の250%を特段の手続きなく自動的に損金算入いただくことが可能です。
拠出先の選定におきましても、これまで以上に真摯に取り組み、一人でも多くのシンガポールの方々に
喜んでいただける支援となるよう努めてまいります。
JCCI基金の趣旨をご理解賜り、引き続き2025年度の募金活動におきましても、何卒、格別のご支援・

JCCI SINGAPORE FOUNDATION FUNDRAISING 2025 – DONATION APPEAL
First and foremost, thank you for your continued support of the fundraising campaigns of the JCCI Singapore Foundation, c/o the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Singapore.
Established in May 1990, the JCCI Singapore Foundation celebrates its 35th anniversary this year a unique charitable foundation set up by a Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry outside Japan. Over the past 35 years, the Foundation has disbursed more than S$11 million in sponsorships and awards to support the growth of arts, culture, sports, and education in Singapore. Our contributions have been consistently recognised and appreciated by Singapore government agencies and the local community.
In FY2024, thanks to the generous support of 142 JCCI member companies, the Foundation received approximately S$190,000 in donations. We are sincerely grateful for your continued trust and contributions.
For FY2025, following careful deliberation by the Governing Board and Fundraising Committee, we have set an ambitious fundraising target of S$210,000. This year marks not only the 60th anniversary of Singapore’s nation-building but also the 35th anniversary of our Foundation—an important milestone that inspires us to aim higher than ever before.
In line with JCCI’s FY2025 vision statement, “No growth without challenge – stepping boldly into a new era,” we hope that even broader support will be extended by our fellow members. Donations will continue to qualify for a 250% tax deduction under our IPC (Institution of a Public Character) status for the following year’s tax assessment.
In celebration of our 35th anniversary, we are honoured to share that the royalties from the book “The Land of the Rising Sun and the Lion City,” published on 2 April, will be donated to the Foundation by Ambassador Ishikawa Hiroshi as a gesture of goodwill. We are grateful for that as we strive to continue making contributions to the local community.
Furthermore, for the first time ever, donating companies will be offered an option with a 1-month complimentary banner advertisement feature on the JCCI website homepage, as a token of appreciation for your generous support.
We sincerely hope you will consider joining us in this meaningful campaign and help further the Foundation’s mission to make a lasting impact on the Singapore community.
